We are working on exciting projects for next year focusing on our Cacao Apothecary bar. Mayans enjoyed chocolate as a fermented drink, elixir, and tonic so our focus for 2017 will be on the medicinal aspect of chocolate and going further back into the roots of chocolate as a food and further away as a confection.
